    Operational Job Functions:

    • Conduct Tailgate meetings every shift
    • Communicate with relieving crew all job information
    • Maintain proper communication with Customer Representative and Water Transfer Project Manager
    • Make decisions in coordination with Customer Representative and Water Transfer Project Manager on pumping and dewatering
    • Monitor equipment and communicate when repairs or maintenance are needed
    • Ensure proper placement of equipment where instructed by Water Transfer Lead and/or Water Transfer Project Manager
    • Act as a Nuverra Representative in the event the Project Manager is not on location
    • Operate lifting equipment (skid-steer, wheel loader, and forklift)
    • Operate pumps
    • Operate air compressor during “Pigging” as directed by Lead/Water Transfer Supervisor Must adhere to all Nuverra, Customer, and Industry Safety rules and practices
    • Complete and turn in all appropriate paperwork, accurately and in a timely manner
    • Receive oral instructs from the Lead/Water Transfer Supervisor on work assignments, materials, and equipment needs
    • Preform pre-operational checks on equipment such as inspect line and equipment for possible leaks or damages
    • Mobilize/Demobilize equipment
    • Monitor and gauge tanks
    • Replace gaskets and o-rings on housing/piping
    • Connect hosing/piping
    • Move hoses from tank to tank as directed during filling and dewatering
    • Change fittings and valves as directed
    • Operate company vehicle as needed.
    • Work Station “housekeeping” duties. Includes on/off site locations, equipment and vehicles

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    •  Physical demands include: sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials (maximum 50 pounds) carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, twisting, repetitive wrist and hand movements
    • Drivers work in all types of weather conditions including extreme temperatures cold/hot and wet/humid conditions

    Minimum Qualifications Required:

    • Must be conscientious and maintain a safe work environment
    • Team player with a positive attuitude 
    • Knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance
    • Must have a Class A CDL or ability to obtain one within 45 days of employment
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to pass all pre-employment screening (drug, background, etc.)
    • Safe driving record verified by Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for past 3 years
    • Ability to read, write and speak English

    • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts
